Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.

• Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Optimize on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues.

• Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.

• Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO techniques.

• Monitor and improve website indexing, crawlability, and search visibility.

• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.

• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture from an SEO perspective.

• Experience with schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with job portals, recruitment platforms, or marketplace websites.

• Knowledge of local SEO and content marketing.

• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools is an added advantage.
