About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle daily sales operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to daily incoming sales calls
Generate billing and process customer orders accurately
Provide product information to customers
Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
Follow up with customers for orders and feedback
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in sales (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, etc.)
Customer handling skills
Active, positive, and result-oriented mindset
Male/Female both candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
Experience in pharma or healthcare sales (preferred)
Basic knowledge of products and billing process
Strong follow-up and convincing skills
Ability to handle multiple customers
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
