Meta Verification & Operations Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Meta Verification & Operations Specialist to manage Meta Business verification processes and resolve platform-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Meta Developer Console, domain verification, and troubleshooting account restrictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Meta Business Verification for client accounts.

• Set up and configure Meta Business Manager and Business Assets.

• Create and manage applications in the Meta Developer Console.

• Perform domain verification using DNS, HTML file, or Meta tag methods.

• Resolve Meta account restrictions, disabled accounts, identity verification issues, and other platform-related problems.

• Ensure websites and business accounts comply with Meta policies.

• Coordinate with clients to collect required KYC and business documents.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta policy changes and implement best practices.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Meta Business platforms and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• Experience with Meta Business Manager.

• Experience with Meta Developer Console.

• Good understanding of Meta Business Verification processes.

• Knowledge of DNS records, domain verification, and website configuration.

• Basic understanding of KYC documentation and compliance.
