We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can handle everything from social media assets to user experience design, bringing ideas to life across digital and print mediums.
Required Core Skills
UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma for layouts and workflows.
Prototyping: Build functional wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Brand Evolution: Design distinctive logos and comprehensive brand identities.
Digital Marketing: Craft high-converting social media, marketing, and advertising graphics.
Product Design: Conceptualise responsive web and mobile application designs.
Visual Artistry: Strong command over typography, layout design, illustrations, and advanced photo editing/retouching.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define visual requirements.
Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for webs and apps in Figma.
Create engaging graphics for social media channels and ad campaigns.
Maintain and scale our visual brand identity across all assets.
Present creative concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic/Visual Designer.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, branding, and marketing design projects.
Execution: Deep understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography.
Communication: Ability to clearly explain design choices and collaborate effectively.
