Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance web applications and client websites. This role works closely with Technical SEO, design, and project management teams to implement enhancements, develop new features, and ensure overall technical quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

• Implement responsive designs that provide an optimal user experience across devices.

• State Management:

• Utilize state management libraries such as Redux or Context API to manage application state effectively.

• Tooling and Ecosystem:

• Work with modern build tools like Web-pack, or Parcel to optimize the development workflow.

• Collaborate with back-end developers using Node.js and manage dependencies with npm or yarn.

• Version Control and Collaboration:

• Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members via platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

• Testing and Debugging:

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools.

• Debug and resolve application issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Performance Optimization:

• Implement front-end optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memorization.

• Continuously monitor and improve application performance.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

• Implement technical SEO recommendations, including Core Web Vitals improvements, structured data, and rendering optimizations

• Build and manage landing pages using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS solutions

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (CRM systems, analytics tools, ad platforms)

• Ensure high standards of website performance, security, and scalability across projects

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and hosting environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Cloudflare)

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within defined timelines and SLAs

Requirements

• Proficiency in:

• React.js, Next Js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

• State Management:

• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.

• Tooling & Ecosystem:

• Familiarity with build tools like Web-pack, or Parcel.

• Experience with Node.js and package managers (npm, yarn).

• Version Control:

• Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

• Testing:

• Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, or other testing frameworks.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
