We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help grow our business by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Pitch company services and close deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and provide solutions
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain records of leads and client interactions
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales/business development
Freshers with strong communication can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic understanding of sales process
